One.Bio, LLC and all its related entities (“ONE.BIO” also referred to below as “we,” “us” and “our”) are committed to protecting your privacy. This privacy statement explains how we protect visitors’ information gathered via the webpages of the ONE.BIO websites, together with its contents and all sub-websites, the “Site”).

By using the Site you agree to our use of such information in accordance with this privacy statement. This privacy statement may be supplemented or amended from time to time by privacy statements that are specific to certain areas of the Site.

2. Information collection

User Information is submitted to ONE.BIO when you (a "Registered User") register to use the Site purchase or use products or services available from ONE.BIO. Such User Information may include your name, address, email address, phone number and job function, as well as information about your company. It may also include payment information, such as credit or debit card details or bank account information.

ONE.BIO may collect information about your usage of ONE.BIO products, services or websites. Please see the below section on 'Usage Information' for further details.

3. Log information and Cookies

The Site may collect standard Internet log information including your IP address, browser type and language, access times and referring website addresses. We may keep track of your passwords, serve advertisements, and personalize your services by providing you a Cookie when you log in to the Site. “Cookies” are small files that are saved on your computer for record-keeping purposes and that contain information about you, such as your username and password. 4. Use and Sharing of Information

a) Any use or disclosure by ONE.BIO of your information not permitted by this Privacy Policy will be made only with your consent.

b) By registering to use an ONE.BIO product or service, you agree that ONE.BIO may send you promotional communications (such as information about future events or other ONE.BIO products or services), unless you choose to opt out of receiving such communications, either at the time of registration or subsequently. Such communications will generally be sent via email, but they may be sent via other methods from time to time. See section 5 below for more information on opting out.

c) By registering to use or receive an ONE.BIO product or service, you agree that ONE.BIO may contact you by post, telephone, email or fax to keep you updated on arrangements being made for the product or service for which you have registered.

d) You agree that ONE.BIO may use your information in a manner reasonably required to operate its services and products and operate the Site. For example, if you become a Registered User by registering for an event, submitting User Information to a Site such as deals.bio, or by becoming a member of deals.bio, you agree that your information can be reproduced, replicated, published, displayed, disseminated, and downloaded and printed for personal use by all other Registered Users of that event, service or product. You also agree that ONE.BIO may use your information for internal recording keeping, analysis, research, product development and for answering your queries.

e) If you have posted information about licensing opportunities, and selected the option to make such information available to other ONE.BIO services users, you agree that other users shall be entitled to view and export such information, as well as your contact details, in order to facilitate their in-house evaluation and management of licensing opportunities. f) You agree that ONE.BIO can display certain limited amounts of your information on publicly accessible pages of our websites, which are visible to website visitors who are not registered users. ONE.BIO may choose to display information such as your name, job position/function, company name, country, a company profile copied or abstracted from company data you have provided (including company address, categories and description), and an indication that you attended and that your company was represented at certain specified events. You also agree that any messages you post as part of group discussions will be publicly visible, unless it is a designated private discussion group.

g) If you have registered for an event run by a third party (for example, at which ONE.BIO is providing only the partnering service) you agree that ONE.BIO can disclose your information to that third party. You should review such third party's terms and conditions and privacy policy and satisfy yourself that the third party handles your information in an appropriate way, as their agreement with you is independent of ONE.BIO.

h) Certain ONE.BIO events are produced in collaboration with third parties, as stated on the relevant event websites. Where you have registered to attend such an event, in order to enable the third party to perform its role, you agree that ONE.BIO may share with such third party your first and last name, company name and title, email address, mailing address, and telephone number that you submitted when registering for the particular event. If you do not wish this information to be disclosed to the third party, please inform ONE.BIO using any of the methods listed below.

i) You agree that ONE.BIO may share you information with: (i) companies performing services on ONE.BIO's behalf (such as marketing, IT or delivery services) who will only use the information to provide that service; and (ii) a purchaser or potential purchaser of all or part of the ONE.BIO business or assets.

j) We may also provide your personal information to ONE.BIO affiliates or business partners in order to provide you with information that could be of interest to you and conduct market or other research. Personal information may also be disclosed to ONE.BIO and other third parties in order to respond to your requests or inquiries; as part of a corporate transaction (such as a sale, merger or acquisition); or where those parties handle information on our behalf.

k) Personal information may also be disclosed to law enforcement, regulatory or other government agencies, or to other third parties, in each case to comply with legal or regulatory obligations or requests.

l) All of the disclosures above may involve the transfer of personal information to countries or regions without data protection rules similar to those in effect in your area of residence.  By providing information through the Site, you are consenting to the disclosures described above.

5. Access to information

Visitors who choose to register with the Site may access their user profile, correct and update their details, or unsubscribe at any time. Visitors who have any problem accessing their profiles, or would like to request a copy of their personal information should contact us at contact@one.bio. In all cases we will treat requests to access information or change information in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

We may modify or amend this privacy statement from time to time at our discretion. When we make changes to this statement, we will amend the revision date at the top of this page and post the revised version to our Site. 8. Privacy protection of minors

We understand the importance of protecting minor's privacy in the interactive online world. The Site is designed only for business and academic professionals aged 18 years and older. It is not our policy to intentionally collect or maintain information about anyone under the age of 18.

9. Opting Out or Correcting Information

If you no longer wish to receive our promotional communications, you may opt-out of receiving them by following the instructions included in each communication, or by contacting ONE.BIO using any of the methods listed below.

All or some of your information will be retained in order to facilitate your future use of ONE.BIO 's services or products.
